Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Very large array of styles, brands & sizes. I can hit DXL for finishing touches for a formal event, game day, or a night on the town with my lady.
DXL is Definitely my "Go-To" for all of my Big&Tall needs.

Visited DXL Troy today. Have shopped there in the past many times. Past customer service okay. I was helped today by Holly. She was amazing! Personable, honest, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for her customer. An excellent salesperson! I would rate Holly 10/10!!! Nice to find a salesperson/lady who cares!!!

Not to many physical stores that carry these sizes. Ladies were very helpful in finding some dress clothes to satisfy the co*cktail attire theme of an upcoming wedding. Thank you for your help.

Had only half of what I needed at the Roseville store. Dan, who was already awesome to work with, called around and found the rest of what I was looking for at their Troy location. When I arrived, Sandy already had my purchase ready and waiting for me. I told her that I was looking to add a few things to my purchase and she was most helpful! My father had just passed and they both were VERY helpful (not pushy at all). I just wanted to say a really big "Thank you" to both of them. They really helped me out in a very confusing and tragic time.

Great customer service. Staff was able to quickly get me into the right jacket and pant size. If you stocky and shorter, this is the place. After stopping at two other places, who did not have any thing close to fitting me. DLX was able to get me into a suit jacket on the first try. The only downside is they currently do not have a tailor for adjustments.

This is my home store and the service is always great. I love Sandy and when my wife goes in there to shop for me, she takes a seat and Sandy will pick out items she knows I like!

I was shopping for a dress shirt, tie and pocket square for an upcoming wedding. The sales associate Patti was extremely helpful in finding all of the things I needed. She was very friendly and made the shopping experience very easy.

Your store employee couldn't help me lose weight, but she did a fantastic job helping me hide it.
One day before flying out to a formal work function with peers that I feel extremely aware of my weight gain in front of, I showed up in the Troy store. The woman who helped me got it, she helped me pick out everything I needed to get through the week, knew how the clothes rode and the style/sizes that worked.
I walked out with a sense of relief because I had had my clothes/appearance problem solved and I actually looked better than I thought I would.

I had looked at several stores, but none seemed to have my shoe size (13 1/2 - 14). DXL had several styles of winter boot. My size, which I was grateful for. I also checked on belts, and bought several. I plan on shopping here more in the future.

My family to DXL tonight for a sport coat for my fiancé, and ended up getting 2 sport coats, 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants! Wonderful selection. But the true gem of the store was Julie, who was a HUGE help with the fit, and the styling. We honestly had a great time and we can’t wait to come back and shop for even more clothes for him.

DXL was great dealing with my very unwilling son who needed something nice to wear to a quincaniera. They measured him up, and made the process so much easier since everything they had him try on fit. There is a great selection of clothes. The prices are higher than I would like to pay, but not unreasonable for the quality. There is a clearance section in back to save some money. In the end, he got a vest that was actually long enough for him, a shirt with sleeves that were long enough and his favourite style of belt. This is a big success with an unwilling shopper.

Recently I purchased two pairs of pants at DXL. Nothing noteworthy about that, but the circ*mstances are what makes the great customer service at DXL stand out. I was on a business trip and needed pants. I didn’t have time to shop or wait for tailoring. Sandy Hess quickly scoured the store on found several pair in my size. They fit but needed to be hemmed. The tailor immediately began the hemming and Sandy delivered the pants to my hotel on her way home. Thanks so much ladies for your GREAT customer service. I intend to tell all my big and tall friends about your store. It sure is nice to see, in this day and age, that customer service isn’t dead.

I was in DXL in Troy Michigan with my husband! The store is absolutely wonderful and our salesman, was Joe! He was super helpful and was able to provide all the items that my husband needed quickly, in the correct size and fit. My husband and I absolutely recommend DXL and our Salesman Joe!

Always a great experience shopping here, employees are super helpful and friendly. I always can find a great deal in their clearance section and the rewards/coupons always make me come back. If you are a big guy, then I would make it a point to visit this store or any other DXL. They also have I've cold bottle water to hydrate, which is an added bonus.
