How long does it take to receive my order?
 Orders with standard ground delivery will have a transit time of 3-7 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
 Orders with expedited shipping delivery, placed by 1:00pm EST, will have a transit time of 3 business days. Please allow 1 business day for processing.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I get free shipping?
 If your order value is greater than $60, you automatically get Free Shipping.

What is your refund policy?

I purchased my shoes at an authorized retailer and need to return/exchange them, will HEYDUDE shoes provide a return label?
 No, please contact the retailer you purchased your shoes from for any returns or exchanges.
I received my order as a gift and I would like to return it.
 Please visit our return center. You will select 'Returning a Gift' and follow the prompts. You may exchange for a different item, but if requesting a refund, Please note that it will be returned on original payment.
Can I return or exchange a gift card?
 The purchaser can make the request for the purchased value or unused balance. Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method. Please contact customer service for assistance.

What form of payments does HEYDUDE shoes accept?
 HEYDUDE shoes accepts payments made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additional forms of payment include Amazon Pay, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Cash and Afterpay.
How does AfterPay work?
 Afterpay’s Buy Now, Pay Later program will automatically split the purchase amount into 4 payments over 6 weeks, using your credit or debit card. All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method.
Does HEYDUDE shoes offer price adjustments?
 HEYDUDE shoes is committed to offering you exclusive offers and promotions, which may change on a daily basis. Due to our constantly changing exclusive offers and promotions, we do not offer post-purchase price adjustments on any items purchased.

How much do the shoes weigh?
 HEYDUDE shoes weight start at only 5oz (150 grams), so about the same as a couple of pairs of socks!

Is there a warranty policy?
 Yes, HEYDUDE shoes warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from www.buyheydude.com.

What is considered a manufactured defect?
 The warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
