This was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience. Great selection of clothes. The employee was very engaging and helpful. She wasn't pushy at all. If she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, she spent the time to find out the correct answer instead of just "yessing" me to death. I feel my money was well spent because the woman who was working showed me the value of the items I was looking into purchasing. I will be returning.

The sales representative, I think his name was Frank, was absolutely amazing. I had to purchase an outfit for my daughter's rehearsal dinner, she is getting married on Friday, and he was so helpful and patient. He assisted me with coordinate everything and gave me honest feedback on how I looked. The world needs more salespeople like Frank!

I'm truly amazed at the professionalism, knowledge on their products and awesome customer assistance from Stormie and Frank. The minute I walked in, I felt welcomed. They made Sure to answer all of my questions and honestly, I only went in there just to browse however, I ended up walking out with a few thing's. 😅 Fantastic job gentlemen, I'll definitely be back!

The salesperson in the Toms River location, I believe his name was Stormie, was excellent. Went out of his way to help and when I couldn’t find my size in an item, he told me that it could be shipped to my home with free shipping. This was my first time at DXL but it won’t be my last.

I have been to this location a couple of times with my fiance and gotten assistance from Storm. He is so incredibly friendly and helpful. My fiance has some swelling on his legs and is a tall man. So, he has a very hard time finding loose fit jeans. To say that I hate shopping with a passion, is just a sorely understated declaration. However, every experience I have had with Storm has made me enjoy the experience altogether. And that is really something to be said. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Had an amazing shopping experience. As a someone who is big AND tall, it is normally hard to find good fitting clothes. They had an amazing selection and amazing prices. Our salesperson, Stormie, was not only knowledgeable but very personable and funny as well. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

I visited this establishment today because I couldn't find the size gloves I needed. I'm a 3x size glove and was pleased to find a wide variety of styles and sizes. I was also happy to find that they have may favorite brands too . Such as Tommy hillfigure guess and Columbia. Everything is affordable and the store manager stormie was a pleasure to talk to. With all of that being said if you are a size xl or up this is the perfect place to shop.

Let's start with saying I abhor clothes shopping. So when I say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing clothing it is no small thing. Especially with a last minute wedding to dress for. The customer service was exemplary to say the least. Sharia (spelling?) was the highlight of the experience. Excellent taste. Wonderful attitude. Helpful beyond what I could have hoped for. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars just for this experience

Jessi the store manager I believe, made our shopping process a thousand percent easier! We were in and out within 20 minutes . Jessi was able to eyeball the exact size my boyfriends shirt While also picking out a perfect tie to go along with it. The Great thing is that they do allow you to try on shirts and then Quarantine that shirt right after so they are defiantly taking all of the right precautions they need to take while also allowing you to try on things. I would just 10 out of 10 recommend this and we will defiantly would be returning back when we need something that we can’t find in regular stores.

The store is honestly pretty great, they always have things in stock for me and anything that I’ve seen on the website, they usually have it in the store as well. Associates really work with you and try to help you get the best look you can get. It really helps being that close to the mall as well so it’s very easy to get to when holiday shopping

First time in the store. The sales associate Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well inventoried with quality clothing. Glad I stepped in and will definitely be back.

Great staff. The ladies at this store were so amazing I now understand why there's a desperate need for Personal Stylists. They could look at my husband tell him the actual size he should be wearing and then...wait for it...get him to open up to trying new looks. My husband now walks around like he's in his 20's without a care in the world. We have been going out on more date nights since in the past 2 months than we have all year. I now have to step my fashion styles up to match his fly! I absolutely love it. Clothes don't make the man but the self love I see my husband giving himself is priceless. The new store manager Sharia Jones is such a sweetheart and great at what she does. She's the reason we keep going back.
